1. Overview

This website is operated by SweepGuard ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our products and how to use them

Our detectors are screening aids. They help you check a space for camera lenses and active transmitters, but no detector can find every device, and we don't guarantee that our products will detect all hidden cameras, recording devices or trackers. Devices that are switched off or don't transmit may not be picked up by the signal scan.

Use our products only to check spaces and vehicles you have a right to inspect, and follow the laws where you are. You're responsible for how you use what you buy.

3. Accuracy, prices and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or stop selling a product at any time. If an order was placed at a wrong price or for an item we can't supply, we'll contact you and cancel it with a full refund. We may also limit or cancel orders that look fraudulent.

4. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we don't store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and as required by law, our products and this website are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed while it's posted.
