Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive 7–12 business days after you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a few days.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $70 or more: free shipping
- Orders under $70: $8.00 flat rate
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@getsweepguard.com. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
